Smile Dental Supply ships orders by UPS to United States locations using the current UPS rates available. Most orders will ship same-day if placed before 2:00pm PT, Moday-Friday.
Please double check all shipping address information to avoid delays. If your order will be delivered to a business or institution, PLEASE include the business or institution name on the order form accordingly. Smile Dental Supply. and/or UPS are NOT responsible for packages left at the residence or commercial property if the customer requested such. Smile Dental Supply is not responsible for order package whereabouts once picked up by UPS. Any issues with order package whereabouts after they are shipped from Smile Dental Supply must be resolved with UPS. You can contact UPS toll free at 1-800-742-5877.
OUR REFUND POLICY
Every package is thoroughly checked and inspected before it is shipped out, therefore Smile Dental Supply, DOES NOT accept any returns if the product has been OPENED. Smile Dental Supply. offers customers a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your RMA number. Unless you donŐt work through your representative.All products you desire to return must be UNOPENED. Smile Dental Supply does not accept any products already opened for return. Before returning an unopened item, you must submit an e-mail requesting a return material authorization number (RMA). You will receive this number by e-mail and must include it with your returned item. You will then be credited your refund (credit may take up to 2 weeks). Shipping and handling costs are NOT REFUNDED. If you return an item, the shipping must already be paid in full.
If a product is damaged or defectives you have 30 days to return it from the day you receive an RMA number. All products must have been purchased directly from Smile Dental Supply., Inc. with original packaging and components together. Smile Dental Supply., Inc. will not accept returns that are missing any part of the packaging or product.
